ASSESSMENT HIGHLIGHTS 2025 - 2026
We are incredibly proud of our pupils’ achievements across all key stages. These outcomes reflect their determination, resilience and enthusiasm for learning, supported by our dedicated staff and families.
KEY STAGE 2 ACHIEVEMENTS
Reading: 81.3% of pupils achieved the expected standard, above the national average of 75.1%. Our average scaled score was 105.2
Writing: 72% of pupils achieved the expected standard, in line with the national average of 73%.
Maths: 75% of pupils achieved the expected standard, in line with the national average of 75%. our average scaled score was 105.8.
GPS (Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling): 78% of pupils met the expected standard, slightly above the national average of 74%.
Science: 84% of pupils achieved the expected standard, demonstrating secure scientific understanding and enquiry skills.
Reading, Writing & Maths Combined: 68.8% of pupils achieved the expected standard across all three subjects, above the national average of 63.2%
HIGHER STANDARD ATTAINMENT
31.3% of pupils achieved the higher standard in Reading.
12.5% of pupils achieved the Greater Depth standard in writing.
28.1% achieved the higher standard in Maths.
37.5% achieved the higher standard in Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling.
Reading, Writing & Maths Combined: 12.5% of pupils achieved the higher standard across all three subjects.
MULTIPLICATION TABLES CHECK (MTC)
74% of pupils achieved a perfect score of 25/25.
This places our pupils well above the national picture and reflects the strong emphasis we place on developing rapid number fluency.
PHONICS SCREENING CHECK
89.7% of Year 1 pupils met the expected standard in the Phonics Screening Check, above the national figure of 81.8%..
Our phonics programme continues to provide children with strong foundations in early reading and language development.
EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE
68.2% of children achieved a Good Level of Development.
